30 DAY CHALLENGE to VAGINAL HEALTH: Week 4, the Finale

Hello INSIDERS and 30 Day Challengers! It’s the last week (as of January 22nd) and I have to say this experience of eating minimal to no processed foods has taught me many things. I had no idea I would drop so much weight so quickly without working out! I spend much more time in the kitchen having to prepare my meals for the day and evening. My appetite actually increased and I found myself having to eat at least every 2 hours. Good thing is everything I eat is whole or minimally processed. A few times I would sneak a little juice, but I found myself unable to consume a full cup of juice, I could only take the sweetness of half a cup. FYI, it is possible to make your own fruit juice made with whole ingredients. I also took advantage of this opportunity to learn more about the nutritional value of foods, learning more about nutrition in raw foods versus cooked foods.

Vaginal Health: I notice how eating onions, garlic, celery, and peppers affected my body odor literally in one day. I tested this finding by reducing my intake of these foods and was astounded at how quickly the body adjusts to the foods we eat. Now I strive for a nice balance even eating only whole foods. I make sure to eat a good balance of veggies and fruits. However, you can never eat too many greens (i.e. spinach, kale, arugula, etc.).

I’m very comfortable eating mostly whole foods and I have decided to make this challenge a lifestyle. I have also taken it upon myself to look up dessert recipes only using whole ingredients to satisfy that sweet craving. Overall the challenge wasn’t easy at first, but in the end I am very happy with the results. I hope you all discovered new things about yourself, your body, and specifically your vaginal health, that caused you to review what you put in your body. Yes, we all will leave this earth, however, if I can prevent pain, sickness, or disease by simply changing how I eat, than my time on earth will be that much more pleasurable.
